Glenn began coaching in 2002 and holds a U.S. Soccer Federation B License, National Youth License, Grass Roots Instructor License, and Premier Diploma from United Soccer Coaches. He is a member of the Virginia Youth Soccer Association coaching education staff and instructs the 4v4, 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11 Grass Roots Coaching courses and segments of the USSF D License. Glenn has been recognized for club and high school soccer coaching awards, including the National Capital Soccer League (NCSL) Girls Competitive Coach of the Year and the Virginia High School League (VHSL) Patriot District & Occoquan Region Coach of the Year.
